Packaging

To protect your works, we prepare them for transport with the utmost care. Using suitable, high-quality materials, our team of experts guarantees optimal protection against all kinds of vibration, impact and weather. We use superior industrial-grade boxes, as well as padding moulded specifically for smaller items. Large works, meanwhile, are packed in custom-made wooden crates with internal supports and reinforcements to ensure a perfect hold.

Where possible, we are also committed to offering you eco-responsible options.

Transport

Our carefully selected partners for transporting your acquisitions guarantee the choice of the most suitable vehicle. Experienced professionals, our delivery teams are able to operate on all types of terrain in a variety of environments, to bring your pieces to you wherever you are.

International shipping

All our works can be shipped within France or abroad, anywhere in the world, by express air freight with a tracking code. A delivery takes on average ten working days.
We handle all the procedures related to the importation of your acquisition.

For deliveries to the United States and Europe, all import fees and taxes are included in the quoted price.
For destinations outside Europe or the United States, additional fees may apply depending on the destination country.

Please note : US customs require the completion of an identity verification form within 5 days of receipt.
Failure to comply with this condition results in the automatic rejection of the shipment, and all resulting costs will be borne by the customer.

Doorstep delivery

All deliveries are made to the door and priced according to the ground-floor address for any commercial or residential property.
Our clients are in no way obliged or required to collect their acquisition from the nearest seaport or airport.

Installation

Whatever the location previously defined, our teams deploy the tools needed to install your work in the best conditions. For outdoor installations, we can handle site preparation (levelling, backfilling, foundations, etc.) according to the requirements of your work. Whatever the service to be provided, we have all the necessary tools.

Damage management policy

Each of the pieces we offer is a unique work of art, and as such we ensure the best possible transport by making sure that all protections and optimal conditions are applied.
However, damage may occasionally occur during transport for various reasons. In this case, we also guarantee the implementation of all processes needed for the complete restoration of the work and the thorough repair of any damage sustained.
Handling and reporting damage on receipt of the parcel
We ask our clients to inspect their parcel carefully on receipt so as to report immediately any visible damage to the packaging, or any damage that may have occurred, failing which we cannot guarantee repairs. Signing the delivery note constitutes acceptance of the parcel as is and incurs additional charges if damage is reported afterwards.

In the event of visible damage or deterioration, we strongly recommend following these steps:

1. Inform the delivery driver of any apparent damage before signing the receipt.
2. Ensure the delivery driver clearly records a description of the damage, accompanied by photos if possible.
3. Request a copy of this description of the damage.
4. Sign for receipt of the parcel while contacting us immediately for a thorough resolution.
If, after removing the packaging, damage is found, here are the steps to follow:
1. Keep the original packaging.
2. Contact us in writing within 5 days of receiving the parcel. Provide a detailed description of the damage to the goods with clear photos of the damaged items and the packaging.

It is crucial to inform us in writing within this period so that we can handle the damage effectively. Beyond this period, the goods will be considered delivered in good condition.
For any damage exceeding the natural marks of time, we will deploy a local specialist to repair the damaged piece. If repair is impossible, we will offer store credit corresponding to the value of the damage.

Yes, it is entirely possible to install a work, even a large one, indoors. We would point out, however, that installation in an enclosed space involves constraints that are taken into account when preparing the corresponding quotes.
